Communication. Props. Two days.

Hey Folks - thanks for coming back to check things out! Getting closer every day.
Big brother Marc and I have been a little incommunicado this week, what with our crazy work hours and such, so we haven't been keeping you as up-to-date as we'd like. Fear not, we're 2 days away from heading west to Moab, Utah for Easter Jeep Safari 2010 - the adventure of a lifetime. And you guys are along for the ride. How good is that? Very good.
Marc's trip to The Falls for final-Jeep-prep went well. He's been there a few times getting his Jeep prepped for Moab-and-non-Moab-trips, and by all accounts his friends have been more than generous with their knowledge, expertise and enthusiasm. And they've gone above and beyond for our epic adventure. These guys are the real deal.
They are:
Garrin at Topps Fabrication and Welding. Among other things, Garrin secured the track bar axle mounts and frame mount, chucked in some knuckle gussets, and basically reinforced the crap out of Marc's Jeep so that we'd be good to go. Thanks Garrin!
Andre at Rabak's Jeep Evolution. Andre did the electricals, pointed out some things that needed to be taken care of like the front drive shaft/u-joints/etc, and made sure they were done right the first time, and made sure we were good to go. And get back home.
It's good to know you've got people like that in your corner.
We can't thank Garrin and Andre enough for all that they've done to get us on the pavement, just to get off of it.
